Who are we?

CONFORDRIVE is an automotive company specializing in armrests. We sell these products through our online store ( https://confordrive.pt ), where we have over 250 models specifically for each car make and model.


Do you have a physical store?

We don't have physical stores. CONFORDRIVE sells only online.


How do I order?

Order(s) can be placed through our website.

You can place an order with or without registering in the customer area. If you choose not to register, there will be disadvantages (you will not be able to view your purchase history or track your order, and you will have to fill out all your information again for future purchases).


What are the payment methods?

Payment can be made via: Multibanco, MBWAY, Bank Transfer, Paypal, debit/credit cards or payment upon delivery.


How do I receive the material?

We ship nationwide. Orders are delivered to your address using a contracted carrier. Shipping to the islands is via CTT.

Whenever your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code to track the delivery status of your order.


How many days will it take for my order to arrive?

The order is delivered between 24 and 48 hours after dispatch (business days).

We only ship on weekdays. Therefore, weekends and holidays are not included in the estimated delivery time.

If the ordered product(s) is out of stock, the delivery time may take between 1 and 15 business days. If this occurs, the customer will always be notified.


Stock?

The website's inventory is not updated in real time. CONFORDRIVE is not responsible for verifying any inventory errors.

If the product doesn't fit, can I return it?

Yes, we accept exchanges or returns within 15 days of receiving the order.

In case of return, the customer will have to contact us and from there we will indicate the steps to follow .


How is the refund made?

Refunds are made via bank transfer. The customer will need to provide their IBAN details to process the refund.


Do the products have a warranty?

Yes, all products have a warranty.
