HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Payment can be made by:
- Payment by ATM
- Bank transfer
- MBWAY
- Debit or credit cards (VISA/Mastercard)
- PayPal (+3.50%)
- Payment upon delivery (Cash on delivery)

Free shipping on purchases over €99, except if payment is made upon delivery (cash on delivery), add +€9.90.

For purchases under €99, shipping costs will be added +€5.90. If payment is made upon delivery (cash on delivery), shipping costs will be added +€15.80.

Current free shipping campaigns are only valid for mainland Portugal.

The free shipping campaign does not include cash on delivery payments (exclusive to mainland Portugal).

We do not ship to Portugal Islands on cash on delivery.

I SELECTED THE MBWAY PAYMENT OPTION AND I DIDN'T RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

The MBWAY app doesn't always generate payment notifications. We ask that you log into your MBWAY app and, in the bottom bar, under the "Activity" menu, find the authorization in pending status. After the amount is validated, you can pay for your order.

Like the other payment methods we have available, this payment method is a fast way to pay and is also a secure payment method with strong authentication.

CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY AND RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS

Delivery via carrier or CTT, with email sent so the customer can track the shipment online and also serves as proof of receipt.

Delivery costs are the customer's responsibility (except if there are active promotions).

WHAT DOES FRAGILE DELIVERY SERVICE FEE MEAN?

The Fragile Delivery Service Fee has an additional cost of +€2.50 on shipping costs.

If you select this type of service when finalizing your order, it means that your order will be identified as fragile so that the contracted carrier can identify it as fragile and thus receive different service and care than other orders.

If you believe your order may contain fragile products, we suggest you select this option.

In the event of an error in the address provided or absence of the recipient and the respective return of the order to CONFORDRIVE's facilities, the costs of the second delivery are also the customer's responsibility.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time is between 1 and 3 business days after your order is shipped for deliveries in mainland Portugal.

Delivery time for Portugal Islands is between 4 to 9 business days after order is shipped.

Upon receiving the merchandise, the customer must check that the packaging is in good condition. If you detect any defects during transportation, you must refuse delivery and notify Confordrive.pt as soon as possible so that a claim can be filed with the shipping company.

RETURNS

Returns will only be accepted within a maximum period of 14 days after the date of receipt of the order.

Returned products must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice, all accessories and the original packaging.

In the event of an error in the address provided or absence of the recipient and the respective return of the order to CONFORDRIVE's facilities, the costs of the second delivery are also the customer's responsibility.

Confordrive.pt does not cover the return costs.

The customer is responsible for shipping the order to our facilities. (See shipping address at the bottom of the page)

Returns can be sent via:

- CTT;

- Carrier contracted by CONFORDRIVE;

Pickup by the carrier contracted by Confordrive.com.br at the location indicated by the customer (additional cost of R$9.90).

The collection cost is debited from the total amount of the refund/exchange of the product.

For the carrier to collect the order, it must be properly closed so that accessories are not lost during transportation.

ORDER CANCELLATION

In the event of a request to cancel an order for reasons other than non-compliance (e.g., customer's personal reasons, withdrawal), the costs inherent in the return and/or withdrawal, namely postage (€5.90) and payment service fees (€1.50), will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. The warranty rights of customers in the EEA zone are safeguarded with regard to returns due to defects and/or non-compliance by the seller (e.g., shipping deadlines not met).

REIMBURSEMENT

The refund is made after confirmation and rectification of the order status.

If it is as sent (new product, without damage and with all respective accessories) the refund will be made within a period of 14 days after receipt and rectification of the order.

After verifying and rectifying the order, Confordrive.com.br will contact the customer to inform them of the result of the rectification and, if everything is as it was sent, we will request the IBAN.

Refunds are made via IBAN.
