Access to the service is subject to registration at confordrive.com
To do so, the customer must provide data that allows their identification.
When ordering, you undertake to provide only accurate, truthful information and to immediately inform confordrive.com of any changes to this information.
All orders are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If the data provided is incorrect or incomplete, the cost of reshipping the order will be borne by the customer.
confordrive.com declines any responsibility for any delay or inability to process the order due to an error or insufficient data communicated by the Customer.
Data updates must be made in the account, using the form we provide for this purpose.
Modification of this Website, reproduction, copying, distribution, sale, resale or other forms of exploitation, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, is prohibited.
All intellectual property rights to the Website and its contents belong to confordrive.com, unless expressly stated otherwise.
USE OF PRODUCTS.
Confordrive.com does not guarantee that any damage or breakage to the product after use will not be covered by the warranty.
PRICE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
Registration on the site and use of the service are free, with no obligation to purchase.
Prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated, and may be changed without prior notice.
Confordrive.com reserves the right to cancel any orders whose final price is incorrect or out of date. Customers will be notified of this fact, whenever possible, before payment is made.
If payment has already been made, the customer will be refunded in full, however, if the customer decides to proceed with the order, they will have to pay the correct amount, or any difference on a previously paid amount.
The photographs presented on the Website are merely illustrative; any questions about the products can be clarified by email, telephone or using our Chat.
We make every effort to ensure that the information presented is free from all types of errors and whenever these occur, we will correct them as soon as possible.
If the information presented does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the Customer has the right to terminate the purchase and sale contract, under applicable legal terms.
DELIVERIES
The estimated delivery time for our “In Stock” products is between 1 and 15 business days for mainland Portugal.
Shipments are only made during working days and other days are not counted towards delivery times.
All delivery times are merely indicative and may be subject to change due to warehouse errors, delays by carriers and/or other unforeseen circumstances.
Any delay in the dispatch of items, given the estimates presented, does not confer the right to compensation.
Upon receiving the merchandise, the customer must check that the packaging is in good condition. If any defects are detected during transportation, the customer must refuse delivery.
All items received must be checked within a maximum period of one business day and if there is any damage, this must be reported to confordrive.com immediately, so that a claim can be made, and then collected by a carrier and thus the transport insurance can be activated.
In these situations, you must collect all the information requested by our employees, namely photographs of the damage and the shipping label. You must not discard any packaging, wrapping or material that accompanies the order.
RETURNS AND WARRANTIES
All returns or RMAs must be communicated in advance by phone (+351) 925 975 727 or email. Otherwise, confordrive.com reserves the right to refuse the return.
Returns will only be accepted within a maximum period of 14 days after the date of receipt of the order.
Returned products must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice, accessories and original packaging.
– Items that present problems within 14 days of delivery and whose problem is with the product will be collected at no cost to the customer for analysis and/or possible exchange.
– Any items found outside the 14-day period that present problems and are related to the product must be sent to our warehouse for analysis, based on the data provided at the time. Shipping costs for these items are the customer's responsibility.
– Product returns will not be accepted if the plastic accessories are broken, parts are missing, or the order does not contain all the accessories as they were sent.
– In the event of a return, shipping costs and any commissions will not be refunded. The return will be processed via credit note and paid via bank transfer. The customer must indicate the IBAN/NIB to which the return will be sent. The return will only be processed after the status of the returned products has been confirmed. The maximum return period is 14 business days.
– Returns of any products (broken or under warranty) that are sent cash on delivery to our offices or warehouses will not be accepted.
– Items found to have been misused by the customer will not be covered by the warranty or accepted for return.
Exchanges or returns of products that, after being used or opened, cannot be put back on sale, except for lack of conformity, will not be accepted.
– When there are amounts to be returned to the customer, these will be returned within a maximum period of 15 business days, counted from the receipt of the credit note.
– All our products have a two-year warranty unless otherwise stated.
CANCELLATIONS
Under applicable legal terms, confordrive.com allows the exchange or return of items within 14 days from the date of receipt by the Customer, without payment of compensation and without the need to indicate the reason.
To do so, the Customer must communicate their intention in writing, via email, telephone, or online chat. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by the original invoice (article 6 of DL 143/2001 of April 26, as amended by DL 82/2008 of May 20).
In these cases, it is the customer's responsibility to send the item(s) in good condition and with all accompanying accessories to our warehouses.
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND FINAL CONSIDERATIONS
All purchases made on confordrive.com are subject to Brazilian law.
